This assignment was a challenge in creating less obvious ways of illustrating sewing. I built upon the idea of sewing as 'stitching' and let that word express itself in line.Illustrations include medical stitches, the sewn Threads of Reality, a stitched doll of (Lilo and) Stitch, A Stitch In Time, a sniper 'stitching' his target, the stitched lattice supported of a bridge, and the stitching of a woven Indian blanket.
